2024: Ondo APC Women rally support of Aiyedatiwa ahead of Nov. governorship election

Ondo State APC women held a mega rally in Akure, showing their strong support for Governor Lucky Orimisan Aiyedatiwa as the November 16 governorship election approaches. Women from across the state were encouraged to unite and work tirelessly to secure a smooth victory for the party.

Speaking to journalists during the rally, Olori Aroloye Oyinkansola, Secretary of the rally and Special Assistant to the Governor on Mobilization, emphasized that the event displayed the women’s collective determination to ensure success at the polls. She expressed confidence that Ondo State women would vote overwhelmingly for Governor Aiyedatiwa.

Olori Aroloye praised Governor Aiyedatiwa’s achievements, noting that he remains committed to leaving no stone unturned to win by a landslide. According to her, Aiyedatiwa has prioritized women’s needs and is dedicated to further improving their lives over the next four years.

Highlighting the administration’s accomplishments over the past ten months, Olori Aroloye cited significant infrastructure improvements, such as rural road construction to enhance access to agricultural areas, job creation through recruitment in critical sectors, plans to hire more teachers, improved healthcare, local business support, and community development initiatives.

“We women are deeply convinced that with Governor Aiyedatiwa, Ondo State is in safe hands,” she affirmed, expressing her gratitude to the women leaders for gathering dedicated party members despite challenges.

The rally also served as a show of appreciation for Governor Aiyedatiwa’s progress to date. Olori Aroloye called on Ondo State women and all residents to turn out in large numbers on November 16 to ensure a decisive victory for the governor.
