The political ambition of incumbent governor Lucky Orimisan Aiyedatiwa of Ondo State has recieved a boost as a Chieftain of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Okitipupa Local Government Area, Bidemi Joshua Obayangban, made donations of campaigns facilities, including Megaphones and Public Address Systems.

Towards enhancing grassroots mobilisation and the success of APC in the November 16 gubernatorial election, Obayangban made the donations, yesterday, in Okitipupa, to the 13 constituent wards within the local government.

Obayangban, while formally handing over the campaign facilities, said governor Aiyedatiwa has done quite well in the last few months and deserving of the support of all and sundry.

He noted: “Governor Aiyedatiwa is a man that is well known to us as a worthy and reliable leader. He has done so much in the various sections of government. I have no doubt that he will do much more for us as citizens when he is elected as governor.”

Popular more by the sobriquet OC General, the Ode-Aye born Obayangban is a reputable community leader and philanthropist whose political influence resonates well with constituents.
