Special Assistant to the Governor of Ondo State on Afforestation, Bidemi Joshua Obayangban (BJO), has accepted to serve as appointed by Governor Lucky Orimisan Aiyedatiwa.

Obayangban recieved his letter of appointment as aide to the Governor, dated 9th September, 2024, last Thursday.

While chatting with the media on the development, Hon Obayangban, known and addressed by his admirers as OC General, said he accepted the appointment with pleasure as an opportunity to serve the people in his own way and to positively impact their lives.

“This is not about the glamour of being part of government. Before now, God has been helping us to add value to the people in our own little ways. So this is only a call and opportunity to do more for the people.

“I appreciate, very profoundly, the Governor’s decision to bring me on board. It is an honour that I do not take lightly, irrespective. The time to make more impact on the lives of the people is now.” Obayangban said.
