For the second time in less than 7 months, Hon. Olatunji Emmanuel Oshati Maxima, law maker representing Ose constituency at the Ondo State House of Assembly empowered farmers in his constituents to embark on the wet season farming.

The event which held at the Ose local government council secretariat, Ifon saw genuine farmers empowered with spraying pumps and cash sums in order to aid their wet season farm cultivation and planting, with the overall target of engendering food sufficiency in the constituency.

Representing the Governor Hon. Lucky Orimisan Aiyedatiwa, is the Hon. Commissioner for Agriculture and natural resources Hon. Olayato Aribo, who appreciate and commend the law maker for always remembering his people which has manifested in his series of empowerment programs which he said, he had witnessed 2 of such within a short while. He use the opportunity to intimate the people of Ose of the numerous efforts put in place by the administration of Gov. Lucky Orimisan Aiyedatiwa for the betterment of the people. He assured the people of continuous patronage of govt in various life transforming policies and programs geared towards improving the living standard of the people.

Hon Oshati Maxima thank his constituents for their unalloyed support which he described as gratifying. He apt on the need for the constituent members to unite and forge a common front as the state gravitates towards the guber election. He emphasize that Ose can’t afford to play a second fiddle in the O’datiwa project. The law maker described Gov Lucky Orimisan Aiyedatiwa as the candidate to beat in the forthcoming election. He admonished party men and women to unite and shun any divisive tendency capable of tearing the party apart. He applauded the doggedness of the leaders of the party in the constituency while charging them to unite and give the candidate of the party and Governor of the state, Lucky Aiyedatiwa a big win come Nov. 16 2024.
The lawmaker, who praised the effort of the state government, the federal representatives MHR Otunba Timehin Adelegbe and Senator Ipinsagba on the deliverable of democratic dividends said he had come to compliment their efforts and charged the farmers to make judicious use of all these opportunities.

The event had in attendance party big wigs and political appointees led by the commissioner for Agric Hon. Olayato Aribo who also represented the Governor, former house of representatives member, Hon Eni Omosule, SSA to Gov Hon, Solomon Elefola, SA to the Gov on polical matters,office of the Deputy Governor Hon. Yinka Richard, the local govt chairman Hon. Idowu Adunbi, others include, SAs to the Gov Hon. Godspower, Hon. Eni Olotu, former local government chairman, Hon Adedayo Mabogunje (New dawn), representative of APC chairman in Ose LGA, Hon Nelson Adepoyigi who also led all ward chairmen from the 7 wards, the women leader (Mrs Taiye Olagbegi) and Pa Aborowa.

The second phase of the empowerment is scheduled to take place in Idoani as soon as possible.
