………as Gov concludes campaign flag off for Senatorial Districts in Ore

All roads that leads to Ore was filled with excited supporters of Governor Lucky Aiyedatiwa on Wednesday as the Governor flagged off the campaign for the Southern Senatorial District of the State.

While addressing his numerous supporters during the conclusion of the senatorial district campaign flag-off in Ore, the governor promised that his administration would redouble its efforts and achievements starting in 2025.

He added that all sectors across the State shall witness more development. “Our adminstration is committed to the development of the people and we shall not relent until make take the State to an enviable position”, he said.

He highlighted the strong unity within the APC, stating, “The APC remains a united, indivisible family, and every leader in our party is focused on a single goal which is our victory on November 16.”

He expressed heartfelt gratitude to the people for their overwhelming support, attributing it to the tangible development his administration has brought to Ondo State.

“The love and support you’ve shown to me and our party are a result of the progress you’ve seen, you recognize the difference we’ve made, and you want that progress to continue.”

The governor called on the people to turn their support into action during the upcoming election. “On November 16, I urge everyone here and even those who couldn’t make it to translate your support into votes for the APC, so we can keep moving Ondo State forward.”

The Deputy Governor, Dr. Olayide Adelami expressed his gratitude to the supporters for their massive turnout for Governor Aiyedatiwa, noting that their hope will not be dashed.

He emphasized that the governor’s leadership had brought unprecedented growth to the region, and more could be achieved with another term.

Former APC gubernatorial aspirant, Chief Olusola Oke expressed confidence in the party’s stronghold in the southern district. He added that Governor Aiyedatiwa is not a cunning man who will disappoint his people, urging them to make their voters’ card for the gubernatorial election.

“The South belongs to the APC, the people here know the Governor’s track record, and they stand firmly with him. We will deliver victory for Governor Aiyedatiwa.” He said

The State Chairman of APC, Engr Ade Adetimehin commended the people for their support, stressing that they have supported the right person who will betray them. He added that APC is a big family that relates with love and believes in the welfare of the people.

The Chairman also welcomed some PDP members who decamped to APC, noting that their values will be recognised as APC doesn’t discriminate.

Abiola Makinde, the Director-General of the Aiyedatiwa Campaign, called on the people to remain united and resist any distractions during the campaign.

“This election is about progress, and we cannot afford to lose focus, governor Aiyedatiwa has proven his capacity to lead, and with your support, we will secure victory.” He stated

The State Commisoner for information, Otunba Wale Akinlosotu said “There’s no need to buy any vote during the election, with the level of mobilization here today, with the level of this massive support, Governor Aiyedatiwa will definitely win in the election, I will keep canvassing support and win my unit for Governor Lucky Aiyedatiwa”

Addressing the issue of vote buying, Akinlosotu strongly cautioned the public to resist any attempts to sell their votes.

“Do not let anyone buy your vote. Your vote is your power, and you must use it wisely to secure your future, make sure to cast your vote and also canvass for Governor Aiyedatiwa. It’s important that we stand together to ensure his victory.” He added.

The supporters assured the Governor that they will do the needful come November 16, 2024.
