A former Senior Special Assistant on Artisans in Ondo State, Engr. Daisi Komolafe, has expressed appreciation to Governor Lucky Aiyedatiwa for the opportunity to serve following the recent dissolution of political aides in the state.
Komolafe, in a statement made available to journalists, described his appointment as a rare privilege to contribute to governance and grassroots development, particularly in promoting the interests of artisans across the state.
He commended the governor for the confidence reposed in him, noting that the experience garnered during his tenure remained invaluable.
“I am deeply grateful to His Excellency for the opportunity to serve. It has been an honour to be part of a government committed to the welfare and empowerment of its people,” he said.
The former aide also offered prayers for Aiyedatiwa, asking God to grant him wisdom, strength and success in steering the affairs of the state.
He further congratulated the governor and residents of Ondo State on the occasion of Easter, urging them to embrace the virtues of sacrifice, love and renewal symbolised by the season.
“As we celebrate Easter, I pray that this season brings renewed hope, peace and progress to Ondo State and Nigeria at large,” he added.
Komolafe also appreciated artisans across the state for their support and cooperation during his time in office, noting that their partnership contributed significantly to the successes recorded during his tenure.
