According to him, the purpose of the strategy session is to summarize the performances of the year 2022, the challenges encountered during the course of the year and to suggest solutions, plans and strategies on how to achieve set budget in the new year and also to ensure all departments and units key into the agenda of the new year; improve revenue generation and scale up productivity in 2023.
He therefore urged the participants and all members of staff to put all hands on deck towards actualizing the theme of the year, saying that data will be used to unleash full potentials of departments and units of the agency.
The ODIRS boss equally advised them to tailor their energy and actions towards achieving set budget for the new year.
