Eid-el-Adha: Oladimeji Felicitates Muslims, Urges Prayer for Akeredolu, Tinubu

The executive Chairman of Ifedore Local Government area of Ondo State Hon.(Engr.) Alex Oladimeji, FNSE has felicitated the Muslim faithful in Ifedore local government,Ondo State and Nigeria in general, on the occasion of 2023 Eid-ul-Adha celebration .

Engr. Oladimeji in his Eid-ul-Adha 2023 message at Igbara-oke the headquarters of the local government said the greatest commitment to Islam is for Muslims to put its good virtues into practice, and making justice and righteousness the guiding principles of their everyday lives and be mirror through which others see the good virtues of our faith.

According to the council boss,Islam is a religion of peace and we should avoid any act capable of giving Islam a wrong name because our conduct leave more lasting positive impressions,He also prayed for Allah’s healing,peace, mercy, and blessings on the the Governor of Ondo State,Arakurin Oluwarotimi Odunayo Akeredolu’s health.

Oladimeji disclosed that Eid al Adha commemorates the completion of hajj — a pilgrimage to Mecca and its surrounding sites ,every year, in the final month of the Islamic calendar, called Dhul Hijjah, selected Muslims from around the world travel to Mecca, Saudi Arabia in order to make the hajj.

The executive chairman who disclosed that the hajj is one of the five pillars of Islam, meaning it’s one of the top five things a practicing Muslim should do in order to have a connection with God urged them to faithfully remember Governor Akeredolu’s health in their prayers

He also call on Nigerians to pray fervently for the Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu led administration not to derail on the good path with which he has started and remember Ondo State Governor, Arakunrin Oluwarotimi Akeredolu SAN in their prayers at all times.
