As Nigeria celebrates this year’s democracy day, Speaker, Ondo State House of Assembly, Rt. Hon. Oladiji Olamide Adesanmi is hopeful for a better and greater country.

Oladiji, in a statement, salutes those whose efforts yield the celebration of today.

While congratulating Nigerians on the numerous benefits of democracy, the Speaker stressed the need to guard the nation’s democracy jealously in order to harvest more dividends.

He called on Nigerians to be more resilient and key into the renewed hope agenda of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu believing that the country will emerge better, stronger and greater.

The Speaker commended the Governor of Ondo State, Honourable Lucky Orimisan Aiyedatiwa for his efforts thus far in the delivery of democracy dividends to the people of the Sunshine state.

While soliciting further support from the people, for the governor to do more, in the years ahead, Oladiji pledged unwavering commitment of the Legislative arm of government in Ondo state to continually strengthen the pillars of democracy in the Sunshine state.
