The Speaker, Ondo State House of Assembly, Rt. Hon. Olamide Oladiji has congratulated the new Deputy Governor, Dr Olayide Owolabi Adelami on his nomination to the position, by the Governor, Lucky Ayedatiwa.

In his congratulatory message, the Speaker described Dr Adelami as a seasoned technocrat and democrat whose wealth of experience will be beneficial to the overall development of the sunshine State.

“Your choice to the exulted position of Deputy Governor among several eminently qualified indigens of Ondo State is a proof of the confidence reposed in your leadership mettles.

“As a seasoned technocrat and co-pilot in driving the Ondo State project, l hope your excellency would bring your experience, garnered over the years, to bear, in the dispensation of democracy dividends to the good people of Ondo State.”

While wishing the Governor, Ayedatiwa and his Deputy, Dr Adelami, a successful tenure in office, Mr Speaker pledges support of the legislative arm towards facilitating a smooth and quality service delivery to the people
