Ijare APC Leaders throw weight behind Aiyedatiwa

The Ondo State All Progressive Congress (APC) in Ijare, in the Ifedore Local Government Area of Ondo State, has called on members of the party and people of the State to work together to ensure the emergence of the state Governor, Hon. Lucky Orimisan Ayedatiwa as the party’s gubernatorial candidate.

The call was made by the Ijare Zonal Coordinator, Hon. Dipo Ajibola, during a progressive meeting with some leaders and members of the party in the zone.

Hon. Ajibola who was a former Chairman of Ifedore Local Government said, the Zone comprises of Ijare ward 1, Ijare ward 2 and Eka-Mefa ward.

The Zonal Coordinator who disclosed that the meeting was informed by the need to strategise ahead of the 2024 governorship primary election, said that the zone is working ahead of time to be proactive and sensitise on the need to vote fo Aiyedatiwa.

While addressing the party members in the area, the former council boss urged members of the party to take charge of their units and ensure they do not get it wrong in anyway.

“Ayedatiwa is the only choice the party has”, Ajibola said.

Meanwhile one of the leaders who spoke on behalf of Ijare ward 2, Mr Tuyi Agboola, stressed that Governor Ayedatiwa had distinguished himself in many fronts to the admiration of the people.

Also speaking, a Chieftain of the party, Hon Adewale Adekunle, who described Governor Lucky Orimisan Ayedatiwa as a leader worthy of emulation and man who would never leave any stone unturned, urged members to work collectively for the success of the party in the forthcoming governorship primary election.

Present at the meeting: Mr Dare Ayesoro, Mr.Towo Oni, Mr Samson Ayeni, Mr James Osanyinbi, Pastor Tayo Adu, Pastor Alaba, Mr. Ayo Olomi (Sabali) Mr Adu Niran,
Mr. Omorotimi Abiodun, Mr.Oguntolu Olabanji, Mr William Ojo among other leaders, important personalities,youths and women wing of the party also graced the meeting alongside some support groups and other members of All Progressive family.
