Sunmisola Adefolalu, others to minister at June ‘Night of Praise with Mr. Governor’ in Akure

Akure is set for another evening of intense worship and thanksgiving as renowned gospel minister, Sunmisola Adefolalu, popularly known as Global Glory, joins other anointed ministers for the June edition of Night of Praise with Mr. Governor.

The monthly worship gathering, which has grown into a significant platform for prayers, praise and intercession for the peace, progress and prosperity of Ondo State, will hold on Friday, June 26, 2026, at the International Conference Hall, The DOME, Alagbaka, Akure.

Sunmisola Adefolalu will headline the event alongside other notable gospel ministers, including Minister Bola Discovery, Minister Blessing GODKNOWZ and Minister Festus Dara, who are expected to lead participants in an atmosphere of worship and spiritual upliftment.

The programme will also feature special ministrations by the Apostolic Faith Church, Ondo District Mass Choir, while the Orchestra Band and Deluxe Philharmonic will provide instrumental renditions and musical performances.

Organisers said the event is expected to draw worshippers, clerics, government officials and residents from different parts of the state for a night dedicated to thanksgiving, spiritual rejuvenation and collective prayers for the state and the nation.

Activities will begin with a red-carpet reception at 9:00 p.m., while the main worship session is scheduled to commence at 10:00 p.m.

Governor Lucky Orimisan Aiyedatiwa, host of the monthly programme, is expected to join participants in lifting praises and offering prayers for continued peace, unity, stability and development across Ondo State.

According to the organisers, Night of Praise with Mr. Governor remains a key faith-based initiative aimed at fostering unity, inspiring hope and strengthening the spiritual bond among residents of the state.

To ensure wider participation, the programme will be streamed live on YouTube, Facebook Live and Lifted TV, enabling audiences within Nigeria and across the world to be part of the worship experience.

Members of the public have been encouraged to attend and participate in what promises to be a memorable night of praise, worship and divine encounter.
