Jimoh Ibrahim ‘ll Bring Desired Development to Ondo South – Don

A university don, Dr. Samuel Alaba Akinwotu, has expressed the hope that the Senator-elect for the Ondo South Senatorial District, Dr. Jimoh Ibrahim, CFR, would justify the confidence reposed in him by the people by engendering desired development in the senatorial district.

Dr. Akinwotu, an ally of the Senator-elect, expressed the hope in a Congratulatory Message, saying, “The emergence Dr. Jimoh Ibrahim, CFR, as a Senator is a blessing to all of us in Ondo South Senatorial District. He is well-prepared for the job and he would reciprocate people’s mandate with excellent performance. He is a friend of over 24 years. He has better plans for the people.”

The Igbotako-born don added, “I congratulate Chief Dr. Jimoh Ibrahim, CFR, on his victory at the just concluded election. This is a testimony that he is loved and well-accepted by the people. It is a victory for all of us.”

Dr. Akinwotu of the Department of English Studies, Adekunle Ajasin University, Akungba Akoko, prayed God for strength and guidance for the Senator-elect.

Dr. Ibrahim emerged winner at the last Saturday’s election with 110,667 votes to beat his closest opponent, Hon. Agboola Ajayi who got 65,784 votes.
